Certified and Compatible Staff
All of our caregivers must be certified as a home health aide (HHA) or personal care aide (PCA) by the State of New York. All aides and companions must pass a pre-employment reference check, drug screening and background check (in compliance with applicable law).
All aides and companions are directed and supervised by a registered nurse, carefully trained to meet our standards of quality and service, and enrolled in continuing education programs – including fire safety, emergency procedures, client rights and infection control.
We’ve also taken the time to gather information from our staff –– from hobbies to second languages to cooking specialties – so we can match clients with an aide or companion who meets their needs on a practical and personal level.
