Certified

Each of our caregivers must be certified as a home health aide (HHA) or personal care aide (PCA) by the State of New York. All must pass a pre-employment reference check, drug screening and background check (in compliance with applicable law).

Trained

All aides are directed and supervised by a registered nurse, carefully trained to meet industry-leading quality standards, and are enrolled in continuing education programs – including fire safety, emergency procedures, client rights and infection control.

Personalized

We gather information from our staff – from hobbies to second languages to ethnic cooking specialties – so we can match clients with an aide or companion who meets their needs on a practical and personal level.
