Helping older New Yorkers live at home – safely and independently.

Atria Home Care offers a complete range of companionship and personal care to help older New Yorkers live independently – while helping their families manage the responsibilities of caregiving.

Services customized to meet your needs.

Companionship helps older adults live well with meaningful connections while certified home health aides assist with items of daily living. A home care service level will be recommended following a comprehensive assessment by one of our registered nurses, with cost of care and companionship services based on need. Services are available for a minimum of four hours per day, three days per week, and up to 24 hours with a live-in aide.

Care as individual as you are.

By learning about a client’s background and interests – from hobbies to second languages to ethnic cooking specialties – we’re able to match them with an aide or companion who meets their needs on a practical and personal level.

We also know that quality matters. Each of our caregivers must be certified as a home health aide (HHA) by the State of New York and pass a pre-employment reference check, drug screening and background check (in compliance with applicable law). All aides are supervised by a registered nurse and are carefully trained to meet industry-leading quality standards. Continued training ensures that aides develop a range of skills, such as fire safety, emergency procedures, client rights and infection control.
